Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, and also analyze spiritual marketing on customer satisfaction from various basic food shops in the Subah Village area. This study is a quantitative study with the data used in this study using primary data collected from several respondents using questionnaires. The population itself is a basic food shop customer in Subah Village and the sample used in this study was 125 respondents. The technique for taking samples in this study used the accidental sampling technique. The analytical technique used to test the hypothesis formulated in this study is to use an analytical technique with PLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the results of calculations using SmartPLS 3.0, the test results show that there is a significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction, and there is also a significant influence between spiritual marketing on customer satisfaction
