Abstract
This study discusses a case study of the management of learning material operations counting of integers in Mathematics for 6th grade students elementary school. This study aims to identify the program for planning, implementing, assessing, and following up the management of learning operations for counting integers. This study also describes the learning outcomes of grade 6 students through the mindfulness method by using relaxation videos and color chips to distinguish positive and negative numbers of integers.This research uses descriptive qualitative with a case study research approach. The object of this research is the teacher who teaches mathematics with integer arithmetic operations and the subject of this research is 36 students of grade 6 at SDN 1 Jambukidul. The data collection techniques were used observation, documentation, document analysis, and interviews. The results of this research are (1) the teacher carries out learning management seriously starting from the lesson planning program, then the implementation of learning, and assessment and follow-up of Mathematics learning. (2) Students have high enthusiasm for mindfulness-based learning with video media and color chips to make it easier to count positive and negative numbers. (3) The classroom atmosphere becomes calmer after being given a mindfulness method so that class VI students become more focused on learning.. (4) Teachers are also able to formulate and implement follow-up learning.
