Abstract
Problems in the health care system during the Covid-19 pandemic are the quality of health services in the context of dealing with the pandemic and essential health services in a balanced way. The goals set are to find out the factors that influence patient satisfaction with care services during the Covid 19 pandemic in the Emergency Room at Moewardi Hospital. The method used is a quantitative approach, the primary data collection tool is through a questionnaire on 80 patient samples taken by purposive sampling. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling as a sample determination. The data analysis technique used SEM PLS (Partial Last Square) analysis. The results and conclusions of this study indicate that: 1) Caring has a positive and significant effect on the patient satisfaction variable. 2) Comfort has no significant effect on the patient satisfaction variable. 3) There is a relationship between age differences and perceptions of service users on patient satisfaction. 4) There is a relationship between job differences and the perception of service users on patient satisfaction. 5) There is a relationship between gender differences and the perception of service users on patient satisfaction.
