Abstract

The Correctional Center (BAPAS) has the task and function of carrying out some of the main tasks of the Director General of Corrections in providing guidance to correctional clients in the regions. The type of research used in this research is empirical juridical or in other words the type of sociological legal research and can be said to be field research. Reviewing the applicable legal provisions and what is happening in reality in the community with a view to knowing and finding the facts and data needed. Standard Operational Procedures will help government agencies or companies to achieve their goals, in achieving a goal, a government agency or company will provide a design in the form of an SOP which will become a reference or guideline for employees to carry out their duties and to minimize errors in carrying out tasks in each. -each employee. Implementation of guidance to child clients, the Correctional Center community supervisor is obliged to carry out client guidance to children through planning, implementing, and controlling the activities of the guidance program. In this case, all program implementation must be in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) so that all activities carried out are controlled systematically.
