Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of networking, knowledge resources, and innovation on the performance of LAZISMU organizations throughout Central Java mediated by organizational capabilities. The population and sample in this study were LAZISMU regional offices and service offices in Central Java, and the number of respondents as samples in this study were 84 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) based on components or variance, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis in this study indicate that networking has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational performance, knowledge resources have a positive and insignificant effect on organizational performance, innovation has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, networking has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational capability, knowledge resources have a significant inpact on organizational capability, innovation has a positive and significant effect on organizational capability, organizational capability has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, networking has no effect on organizational performance through organizational capability as a mediating variable, organizational capability mediates positively and significantly between knowledge resorces on organizational performance, and organizational capability mediate positively and significantly between innovation on organizational performance.
