Abstract
This study aims to (1) analyze the differences in patient perceptions of the quality of hemodialysis services based on the level of education, income, and accreditation status in the hypertensive kidney installation (Hemodialysis) RSUD Dr. Moewardi, (2) analyzed the differences in patient perceptions of hemodialysis patient satisfaction based on education level, income and accreditation status (3) Analyzed the effect of service quality on hemodialysis patient satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 69 patient respondents using a questionnaire for data collection. Sampling technique with probability sampling method. Data analysis using Chi Square shows that based on education level, income level, and perception of accreditation status there is no difference in patient perceptions of service quality and patient satisfaction. The results showed that 1) There was no difference in patient's perception of service quality based on education level, income level, and perception of accreditation status, 2) There was no difference in patient satisfaction perception on service quality based on education level, income level, and perception of accreditation status, 3 ) Service quality has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction
