Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and service quality on customer loyalty on Hand aha Screen Printing Sukoharjo. The research method uses quantitative research. The population is 200 consumers, and the sample used is 70 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis tools, t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test) and the coefficient of determination test (R2).The results showed that the variable. The results showed that product quality had an effect on customer loyalty at Hand Aha Screen Printing Sukoharjo. The results showed that the price had an effect on customer loyalty at Hand Aha Screen Printing Sukoharjo. The results showed that service quality had an effect on customer loyalty at Hand Aha Screen Printing Sukoharjo.
