Abstract

Learning that is often done by teachers in schools still uses manuals as a medium of learning in schools. The purpose of this application is to make it easier for vocational students to receive graphic design learning and increase student interest in learning. The research method is Research and Development (RnD) research method and the model used is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This application was tested on 22 students of SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Boyolali. Before being given to students, the media and material tests were conducted first. The media test got the results of the validity test, the highest value was 1.00 and the lowest value was 0.67 which was declared valid. The reliability test result of 0.817 was declared reliable, and the feasibility test of 73% was declared feasible. The material test got the results of the validity test, the highest value of 1.00 and the lowest value of 0.75 was declared valid. The 80% feasibility test is declared feasible. Furthermore, the N-Gain test was carried out with the results of understanding the material for students in the experimental group who were given graphic design material and using the DeGe application, the score was 0.6 which could be categorized as moderate. Meanwhile, the control group that was only given graphic design material had a score of 0.3 in the low category. Finally, the System Usability Scale (SUS) test was carried out, to assess the feasibility and satisfaction of students, the result was that the average SUS score was 72 which can be said that this application is feasible and can be accepted by vocational students for the graphic design learning process. This application is also able to increase students' knowledge and understanding of graphic design learning.
