Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and Motivation on Employee Performance (Case study at PG. Soedhono Ngawi). This type of research is quantitative research, with a population of PG employees. Soedhono. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, with a total sample of 82 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is distributed via whatsapp online. Based on the results of data processing using the SPSS version 25 application, it was found that the organizational culture variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance, the organizational commitment variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance. motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the three independent variables affect the dependent variable
