Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, as well as obstacles and solutions for online learning in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in SD/MI Tersono District. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and field notes. Data analysis went through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was obtained through triangulation of methods. Informants taken by the researchers themselves are the principal. The results of the study show that: 1) before carrying out online learning the teacher first makes a lesson plan that is tailored to the needs, prepares facilities and infrastructure before carrying out learning and prepares mentally and maintains health by complying with health protocols., 2) the implementation of online learning takes place using the WhatsApp application. because it is easy to use. 3) Obstacles in the implementation of online learning are unstable internet networks. Solutions made by teachers and guardians of students in overcoming the problem of the unstable internet network, among others, are by trying to find the nearest WiFi network that can help the implementation of learning run well.
