Abstract

The implementation of buying and selling transactions requires proper marketing. Appropriate marketing will influence the consumer’s decision to choose a product. Marketing is a system of related business activities that aims to plan, promote, and distribute the goods and services the company provides to consumers to meet the needs and wishes of consumers. The research belongs to the field research (Field Research) type with descriptive qualitative methods. The research site is in PT. Awan Bersaudara are lying down. The subjects of this study are shopkeepers, employees and buyers of PT Awam Bersaudara, Babat Subdistrict, Lamongan District. In terms of data collection methods, the author adopts three data collection methods: observation method, interview method and documentary record method. The result of this research is to increase PT Awam bersaudaraand sisters then use Shariah marketing strategies, including: 1) Shariah marketing strategy for thought share, 2) Shariah marketing strategy for market share, 3) Shariah value marketing for heart share, 4) Use 4P marketing mix strategies (products, locations, prices, promotions). Among the four strategies, something supports increasing PT’s turnover. Lay Brothers includes cheap prices, location in the city center, and they also use online media. This kind of online media started during the covid-19 pandemic, such as shopee, tiktok, instagram, tokopedia. Even during the pandemic, there are reasons to keep turnover increasing.
