Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, service quality and promotion on service user satisfaction. The type of research used is a quantitative type. The population of this study were all UMS FEB students around campus 1 UMS. The research sample size was 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. Collecting data through the distribution of a list of statements or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) price has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
