Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of perceived benefits, trustworthiness, perceived security and ease of use on interest in using internet banking services with customer satisfaction as a moderating variable (empirical study on customers of BRI Bank in Madiun). This research is a quantitative research using primary data. The method of data collection in this study was by distributing questionnaires shown to the object, namely the customers of Bank BRI in Madiun. With a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling. The results showed that the variables perceived benefits, perceived security and ease of use had a significant effect on interest in using internet banking services, while the trust variable had no effect on interest in using internet banking services and customer satisfaction was unable to moderate perceptions of benefits, trust, perceived security and ease of use on interest. use of internet banking services.
