Abstract
This study aims to describe: (1) preparation of online-based tajweed learning in the Tuhfatul Athfal class (Children’s Masterpiece) at Ma’had Al Imam Syu’bah Boyolali, (2) management of online-based tajweed learning in the Tuhfatul Athfal class at Ma’had Al Imam Syu’bah Boyolali, (3) implementation of online-based tajweed learning in the Tuhfatul Athfal class at Ma’had Al Imam Syu’bah Boyolali, (4) evaluation of online-based tajweed learning in the Tuhfatul Athfal class at Ma’had Al Imam Syu’bah Boyolali. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study research design. The location of this research is Ma’had Al Imam Syu’bah Boyolali. The main informant in this study was Mudir Ma’had Al Imam Syu’bah. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Validation of the data in this study using extended observations by participating in online-based tajweed learning in the Tuhfatul Athfal class and triangulation of sources by conducting interviews with the Tuhfatul Athfal class teachers. The data analysis technique is carried out by summarizing the data, presenting the data in the form of a narrative with interview quotes, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study state that the online-based management of tajweed learning in the Tuhfatul Athfal class at Ma’had Al Imam Syu’bah Boyolali is carried out with the stages of preparation, management, implementation, and evaluation of learning. Learning preparation activities include: (1) determination of vision and mission; (2) learning schedule development; (3) development costs; (4) member development; (5) communication development, (6) risk management development. Learning management activities include: (1) delegation; (2) organizational structure drafting; (3) determination of coordination relationships within the organization; (4) the use of the concept of decentralization in decision making. Learning implementation activities include: (1) determination of learning objectives in accordance with the vision; (2) determination of learning materials arranged in the Tuhfatul Athfal book module; (3) the determination of the learning method using the demonstration method and the mulazamah learning approach; (4) the determination of learning media as facilities for delivering learning materials using the zoom application and accessing information using the whatsapp application. Learning evaluation activities include: (1) evaluation of the performance of learning activities is carried out by evaluating the teachers in delivering the material; (2) performance evaluation of the learning program results is carried out with tests to determine mastery and understanding of the material.
