Abstract
Regional development inequality is the difference in development between one region and another horizontally and vertically. So that in every country there are developed areas and underdeveloped areas. This study aims to determine the effect of balancing funds, government exeditures and economic growth on regional development inequality in 35 regencies/cities in Central Java Province in 2016-2020. Regional development inequality as the dependent variable is measured by the Williamson Index method. Based on these objectives, the data analysis method used is the panel data analysis method with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach. Based on the estimation results of panel data regression and hypothesis testing, it was found that simultaneously (Test F) balancing funds, government expeditures and economic growth simultaneously affected the development inequality between regions in Central Java Regency/City. Based on the t test, economic growth has a significant positive effect in a positive direction.
