Abstract
Restructuring that is useful for improving company performance can be done by implementing more efficient and effective work, better division of authority, and competence of staff who are better able to answer problems in each work unit. Comprehensive updates and improvements have resulted in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) not being updated optimally which triggers the incompatibility of the new system with the old SOP. Therefore, updating the SOP documentation in accordance with the new system needs to be carried out by the HC division in order to eliminate the negative impacts. The purpose of this research is to develop SOPs in accordance with the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). 5W1H is the method used in the Old SOP (Recruitment SOP, Training SOP, and Assessment SOP). The SOPs that were adjusted were Recruitment, Technical Training, Managerial Training, Mid Evaluation, Final Evaluation, Annual Leave, and Big Leave. The preparation of the new SOP is based on the results of the analysis of the old SOP and the primary data obtained.
