Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational culture as a mediating variable. This research is included in comparative quantitative research, namely research conducted to compare between several groups on a variable. The population of this research is the employees of PT Peni Regency Solo Baru. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The data collection method is using a questionnaire and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool with SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study proposes 3 hypotheses, all of which are accepted. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior
