Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment consisting of: (1) Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative Commitment on employee performance at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil X Bandung. This type of research is quantitative research with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The method used for sampling is non-probability sampling with a census sample technique. Respondents for this study were all employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil X Bandung. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS whose calculations are assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Model evaluation analysis is carried out by evaluating the outer model and evaluating the inner model. The results of data analysis show that affective commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, normative commitment has no effect on performance, while continuance commitment has no significant positive effect on employee performance.
