Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on repurchase interest mediated by consumer satisfaction in students of FEB University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This research includes causal associative quantitative research. The population of this research is students of the Faculty of Management and Business with a sample of 106 respondents. The research data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis method with Partial Last Square (PLS). The mediation results show that consumer satisfaction can mediate positively and significantly between product quality and repurchase interest as evidenced by the t statistic value of 2.815 or < 1.984 then the effect is significant p value 0.000 <0.05.
