Abstract
Abstract The research objective was analyze the evaluation of the context, input, process, and produts ot the extracurricular program at SD Muhammadiyah (Plus) Salatiga. Qualitative descriptive research method with the CIPP evaluation model. The research focus is the extracurricular program at Muhammadiyah Elementary School (Plus) Salatiga. Research data colletion techniques are observation, interviews, documentation. The validity of the data used data triangulation. Data Analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification. The results showed: (1) The contect evaluation component, the school has a vision, mission, and school goals regarding extracurricular programs by analyzing the nedds of students’ interest and talents, community participation is very goog in supporting exstracurricular programs. (2) The input evaluation component, based on the aspects of the curriculum, students, teacher/trainers, and the einvironment is in accordance with the extracurricular activity guidelines published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The infrastructure aspect still needs to be added so that the interests and talents of students can be accomendated according to the student ratio. (3) The process evaluation component, which includes planning implementing and evaluating extracurricular programs is accordance with the extracurricular implementation guidelines, namely planning at the beginning or each year, disseminating it tho parents, implementing it outside of the class hours, conducting qualitative assesments. (4) Product evaluation components, including academic and non-academic achievement, increase in accordance with the objetives of extracurricular activities, namely incrasng cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric abilities and developing students talent and interests.
