Abstract
This study discusses the commitment, morale, and welfare of employees to corporate social responsibility at PT. Somatex during the covid 19 pandemic. The sampling technique used the census technique with a total of 86 respondents who were employees at PT. Somatex. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v.3.2.9 with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that commitment has a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility, morals have a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility, and employee welfare has a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility.
