Abstract

This study examines the effect of efficiency and web security on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The sample of this study is 100 respondents, where respondents are shopee users in Surakarta who at least make purchases at shopee twice in the last three months. The research method used in this study is the Structured Equation Model (SEM). Data processing using SmartPLS 3.0 application. The result of this research is that web effectiveness, web security and consumer satisfaction have an effect on loyalty. Another result is that the effectiveness of the web has an effect on consumer satisfaction, but web security has no effect on consumer satisfaction. The result of mediation is that consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of web effectiveness on web loyalty, but consumer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of web security on consumer loyalty.
