Abstract
This study aims to find out “The effect of Customer Trust and Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Cipta Karya Electric Welding Workshop in Sragen”. This type of research is survey research. The population in this study were all customers at Cipta Karya Electric Welding Workshop in Sragen as many as 105 customers using Slovin formula technique, then the number of samples in this study were 51 respondents taken from a portion of the population. The result that: (1) trust has a negative on customer loyalty with a significance level of 0,129 > 0,05. (2) Satisfication has a positive effect on customer loyalty with a significance level of 0,003 < 0,05. (3) Trust and satisfication simultaneously have a positive on the customer loyalty, as evidenced by the F count value of 46,291 with a significance of 0,000 < 0,05.
