Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) The effect of interest in learning on online learning difficulties. 2) The influence of the family environment on students' learning difficulties. 3) The influence of online learning interest and family environment on online learning difficulties. This study uses a quantitative approach with a comparative causal design. The population of this study were 95 students. Samples were taken as many as 77 students. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, relative and effective contribution. The results of the regression analysis: Y = 73.971-0.787X1 -0.485X2 The equation shows that online learning difficulties are influenced by online learning interest and family environment. The conclusions obtained are: (1) There is a negative influence of online learning interest on online learning difficulties. (2) There is a negative influence of the family environment on online learning difficulties. 3) There is a negative influence of online learning interest and family environment on online learning difficulties. (4) The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.486 or 48.6%, meaning that the variables of online learning interest and family environment influence online learning difficulties by 48.6% while 51.4% is influenced by other variables not examined. For further researchers, it is expected to add other independent variables.
