Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Risk Profile (Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk) and Capital on Profitability in state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses quantitative data, the data used are obtained from the company's financial statements that have been audited on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority during the study period. The population of this study is a state-owned banking company for the 2018-2020 period, totaling 4 companies obtained using the saturated sample method, namely all members of the population are used as samples. The analytical method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Credit Risk has a significant negative effect on profitability, Liquidity Risk has a significant positive effect on profitability, and Capital has a significant positive effect on profitability.
