Abstract
This study aims to analyze Job Satisfaction Based on Work Environment and Motivation on the Performance of Flexible Employees in the City of Surakarta. The population used in this study were 100 employees of Luwes in the city of Surakarta who were taken through purposive sampling method. The analytical tools used in this research include data instrument test, classical assumption test, path coefficient test, goodness of fit test and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS program. The results showed that (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of flexible employees in the city of Surakarta (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of flexible employees in the city of Surakarta (3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of flexible employees. in the city of Surakarta (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Flexible Employees in the city of Surakarta (5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Flexible Employees in the city of Surakarta. This means that all variables have a significant effect on the performance of flexible employees in the city of Surakarta.
