Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation and motivation on employee performance. The sample in this study were 226 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling and the number of respondents is determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used was SEM-PLS whose calculations were assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The evaluation analysis of the Partial Least Square (PLS) model is carried out by evaluating the outer model and evaluating the inner model. The results of data analysis indicate that: 1) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance; 2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance; 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. So, it was found that the style leadership, compensation and motivation jointly had a positive and significant effect on the performance employees of RS PKU Muhammadiyah Type C in Solo Raya.
