Abstract
To analyze and discuss the significant influence between price on customer loyalty of Jepun UMS food stalls. The population in this study were all customers of UMS Jepun food stalls and the sample studied was 100 respondents. Based on the research results, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. There is a positive and significant effect of service quality on loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable. There is a positive and significant effect of product quality on loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable and there is no positive and significant effect of service quality on loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable.
