Abstract

This study aims to find relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation with the performance of employees. Research methods use descriptive quantitative. Subjects and samples from the study are employees / staff / employees of PT. S numbered 150 respondents. This study used cluster accident random sampling to determine samples. Data analysis in hypothesis testing used is a method of multiple regression analysis. Techniques for obtaining data are done by questionnaire. The scale used is job satisfaction, job motivation and employee performance. The results prove there is a relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation to employee performance.
