Abstract

This study aims to identify the elements of the role of organizational culture starting from the founder of the company, the leader, the company symbol, the video mission, the norms of the rules that apply in Batik Merak Manis and Batik Grestenan. Data collection techniques used primary data obtained directly by researchers in the field through respondents by means of observation, interviews with leaders and public relations from Batik Merak Manis and Batik Gres Tenan. This study uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The results of the analysis concluded that the role of organizational culture is very influential for the sustainability of a company, all aspects of organizational culture are very strongly related to one another. Thus, in terms of leadership and employees, they can work together to continue to run the company as well as possible and develop the company to be bigger. With the role of organizational culture, which is also very influential during difficult times like today, the company can still produce even in the face of enormous challenges and obstacles. Based on the results of the study, the suggestion that can be concluded is to be able to raise other variables such as selling value, marketing methods, with the object of research in the same place.
