Abstract
The success of a company is determined based on the performance of its human resouces. This study describes the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk Head Office of Jakarta. The type of data used is quantitative data with 75 employees as the sample. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that work discipline has a positive influence such as a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, job stress hs a significant negative effect on employee performance.
