Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the strategy of PAI teachers in online learning in PAI subjects at SMP Islam Nurussalam Al-Khoir Sukoharjo, to describe the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of online learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The informants of this research were 2 PAI teachers and 2 students of SMP Islam Nurussalam Al-Khoir. This study uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data clarification, and data conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) PAI teacher strategies in implementing online learning on PAI subjects at Nurussalam Al-Khoir Islamic Junior High School are expository learning strategies and inquiry learning strategies. The PAI teacher begins with strategic planning. The teacher prepares the lesson plans, uses a method that is suitable for the condition of the students. The PAI teacher chooses the question and answer method and the learning media used is WA, then the implementation of the strategy includes the learning process and interactions between teachers and students, fellow students. When online learning, students can still interact, for example there is material that they do not understand, students ask the teacher. The teacher evaluates and assesses in the form of giving independent assignments and the timeliness of collecting assignments will get additional points. (2) The supporting factors for the implementation of online learning for PAI subjects are students' interest in learning about their obligations as a student and the availability of online learning tools such as mobile phones and internet quotas. (3) The inhibiting factors for online implementation in PAI subjects include parents who do not have mobile phones, lack of parental assistance, accuracy of task collection, and lack of understanding of the material.
