Abstract

Academic stress is a complex problem in student life, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the relationship between students' perceptions of the online learning system and academic procrastination with academic stress on students. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a correlations between perceptions of online learning systems and academic procrastination with academic stress on students, there is a negative correlations between perceptions of online learning and academic stress and there is a positive correlations between academic procrastination and academic stress on students. The subjects in this study were students who were undergoing online lectures totaling 130 students. The type of research in this research is quantitative. And the analysis technique in the form of multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis showed the R value of 0.526; p = 0.000 (p<0.05) which indicates a significant correlation between the variables of online learning system perception, academic procrastination and academic stress. On the variable perception of the online learning system with academic stress, the results obtained r = -0.391; p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means that there is a very significant negative correlation between online learning perception and academic stress. On the academic procrastination and academic stress, the results of r = 0.491; p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) which means that there is a very significant positive correlation, so the hypothesis in this study is proven.
