Abstract
The purpose of the study to describe the growth of the sushi business in am&co the new park solo. It USES a qualitative ethnographic study. The research's source is employees and customers at the new expres am&co sushi expres & co the park solo. The study showed that 1) an analysis of the entire aspect of the sushi am&co business as the new park solo USES swot analyses of strenght (strength), weakness (weakness), opportunity, and threath (threat). 2) the new sushi expres am&co's business strategy for promotion through online media (instagram, tiktok, grab&gojek and invite leverage) and offline media (the distribution of brochures and the purchase disincentive).
