Abstract
Management Islamic Boarding School in the Formation of Self-Reliance Students (A Case Study in The Al Furqon Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, Sukodono Sub District, Sragen Regency) This study attempts to describe: (1) management planning Islamic Boarding School in the formation of an attitude of self-reliance students in the Al Furqon Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, Sukodono Sub District, (2) organizing management Islamic Boarding School in form attitude self-reliance students in the Al Furqon Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, Sukodono Sub District, (3) the implementation of the management Islamic Boarding School in form attitude self-reliance students in the Al Furqon Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, Sukodono Sub District, (4) supervision management Islamic Boarding School in form attitude self-reliance students in the Al Furqon Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, Sukodono Sub District. The kind of this research is the qualitative study with a design research case studies.Location this research in the Al Furqon Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, Sukodono Sub District. Technique data collection was carried out by observation, depth interview, and documentation. Technique data analysis done by summarizes data, presenting data in the narrative with excerpts interview, and inference. The results of this research stated that the management of form attitude self-reliance students in the Al Furqon Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, Sukodono Sub District realised in the planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision stage. The planning activities including: (1) the determination of goals and objectives; (2) policy determination; (3) the determination of procedure to achieve self-reliance; (4) the determination of criteria students independent; (5)communication plans to do with the socialization on the walls students and students at the beginning.Organizing activities carried out with the delegation and division of tasks. Implementation activities including: (1) self-reliance in learning; (2) self-reliance inorganizational; (3) self-reliancein the activities of islamic boarding school; (4) self-reliancein individual activities; (5) self-reliance in the order. Supervisory activities including: (1) the determination of standard self-reliance students to control; (2) measurements implementation directly upon an activity daily; (3) compare assessment results with a standard self-reliance students; (4) implement act of repairing in the form of punishment and coaching.
