Abstract
This study aims to describe the innovative learning of accounting in accounting education students and the obstacles faced by accounting education students of FKIP UMS in e-learning. This study uses a qualitative research type ethnographic design. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity was done by triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) learning using the e-learning model makes students active and independent during the learning process, this learning is effective and flexible to use. 2) The perceived obstacles to using this learning model are that the lecturer has difficulty controlling the class, students have difficulty understanding the material, the lack of interaction between lecturers and students besides that this learning model requires a stable internet connection network.
