Abstract
Job satisfaction is a person's feelings that are directly or indirectly related to his work which will later influence in increasing or decreasing the quality and productivity of work. The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction. 2) To analyze the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction. 3) To analyze the influence of leadership style on employee job satisfaction. The type of data in this study are primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire that has been distributed to the Office of the Land Agency of Sukoharjo Regency, amounting to 60 employees, using the purposive sampling sample selection method. The analytical methods used in this study are: 1) Multiple linear regression test. 2) Classic assumption tests which include normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. 3) Hypothesis testing which includes the model feasibility test (F test), the effect validity test (t test), the coefficient of determination test (R2 test). The results of the data analysis were obtained using SPSS Version 20. The results of the study simultaneously showed that the work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress had a significant effect on job satisfaction, and the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
