Abstract
Muhammadiyah is one of the organizations that has succeeded in managing education. This organization is seen as capable of performing a role that is always up to date with the times. Through its pioneering work in education, Muhammadiyah has made a valuable contribution to this nation, namely being able to produce nation cadres who are faithful, intelligent, have a personality, and are advanced in their minds and are able to face the challenges and problems of life in various aspects. SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ketelan comes with the concept of Islamic education without prejudice to general education in accordance with the values of Muhammadiyah education. This concept is designed to produce individuals who from an early age carry out their mission of creation as nurturers and leaders on earth. This research discusses the values of Muhammadiyah education and aims to determine the implementation of Muhammadiyah educational values and the factors that influence the success or failure of the school concept at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ketelan Surakarta for the 2019-2020 academic year. Judging from the procedures used in this research in preparing a thesis, including field research (field research), because the data collected is concerned directly with objects in the field. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research approach used in examining this problem is a case study approach. This approach will reveal and explore a problem, an event that occurred, thoughts that emerged and actions taken. At SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ketelan Surakarta, there are five points of Muhammadiyah education values, namely Islamic values, sincerity, cooperation values, tajdid values, and caring values. The implementation of Muhammadiyah educational values through internalization methods, habits, exemplary, habituation and stories. There are several factors that influence the implementation of the Muhammadiyah educational values implementation program, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.
