Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe (1) parents play a role in guiding children's learning towards grade V learning outcomes at MIM Purno (2) how big is the role of parents in guiding children's learning towards grade V learning outcomes at MIM Purno. This research uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is non- experimental, namely survey research. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data source was obtained from all existing populations, namely all grade V students at MIM Purno. From the results of this study it can be concluded that (1) parents of class V at MIM Purno play a role in guiding children's learning towards learning outcomes. This is based on the t test obtained by tcount 4,917 greater than ttable 2,120 with a significance level of 5% (2) the coefficient of determination is 1,623. So it can be interpreted that the role of parents on learning outcomes has an effect of 26,34%. and 73,66 % is determined by other factors such as individual factors or yourself, other people's factors such as friends, teachers, relatives or some factors from the child's own intelligence.
