Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Training, Compensation and Organizational Culture on the retention of Nur Hidayah Kartasura High School employees. This type of research is quantitative research, with a population of all teachers and employees of Nur Hidayah Senior High School with a total of 122 people, and a random sample of 89 respondents was taken. Primary data collection techniques using random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method using several variables, namely employee training, compensation, and organizational culture. The results of this study indicate that employee training has a significant effect on employee retention, compensation has no significant effect on employee retention, and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee retention as evidenced by the results of the t test which have a significance value of less than 0.10.
