Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of information technology sophistication, user ability, user involvement, top management support, traning and education programs on the performance of accounting information systems. The research was conducted at PT. TASPEN (PERSERO) of branch office Surakarta. Sampling technique used in this study by purposive sampling method the total sample is 40 respondents. Analysis techniques using the classical assumption test is the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasitas test. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed for the information technology sophistication, user's ability, top management support had an effect on accounting information system performance. Variable user involment, traning and education programs had no effect on accounting information system performance.
