Abstract
This study is intended to describe the implementation of Schoology, the problems faced and the solution given by tutors and tutees in implementing Schoology in the Saturday English Gathering (SEGA) program at Department of English Education Universitas Muhammdiyah Surakarta 2020 academic year. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The researcher used interviews to collect the data. The research subjects are tutors and tutees of SEGA program in the 2020 academic year. The objects of the research are statements from tutors and tutees of SEGA program at the Department of English Education Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta 2020 academic year. To analyze the data, the researcher used grounded theory. The results are shown 1) Schoology is applied as a class management tool and discussion forum, 2) The problems are tutees tended to be careless about the deadline posted in Schoology and tutors felt difficult to manage the Schoology at the beginning of the process, 3) The solutions given by tutors and tutees is to use additional platforms to help the tutor shared material and provide feedback directly.
