Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work ethics on the productivity of barista employees in Solo Raya. The sample in this study were 105 respondents to the barista employees from around the world. The sampling technique in this study is Convenience sampling. The data analysis method was multiple linear regression analysis using the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). In this study the data fulfills for a normal distribution. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and work ethics on work productivity.
