Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at Assalam Hypermarket Kartasura with job satisfaction as an intervention variable. The population and sample in this study were 125 employees of the Assalaam Hypermarket Kartasura. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data using a questionnaire and processed using analysis tools Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance, leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on satisfaction. work. positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction. has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, and organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction
