Abstract
This study analyzes the effect of product quality, service quality, price and promotion through social media on purchasing decisions in Rown DivisionSurakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, price and promotion of social media on purchasing decisions in Rown Division Surakarta. This study uses a sample of Rown Division consumers as many as 100 respondents and the data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive percentage analysis method, validity and reliability test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test with SPSS program by using several variables, it are product quality, service quality, price and social media promotion. The results of this study indicate that product quality, service quality, price and promotion of social media have a significant effect on product purchasing decisions in Rown Division Surakarta.
