Abstract
This study aims to analyse the influence of price, service quality, and physical environment on customer satisfaction at Mbak Mul’s fried chicken restaurant in Tawangsari Sukoharjo. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of customer at the fried chicken restaurant Mbak Mul, a customer has been to the fried chicken restaurant Mbak Mul, and the customer has made a minimum of two purchases. The method of data analysis in this study with multiple linier regression analysis previously tested the classical assumption. Hypothesis testing uses t statistical test, F statistic test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that the price variable, service quality, and physical environment significant positive effect on customer satisfaction
