Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of adoption and use of mobile money on financial inclusion, to analyze the effect of digital consumer protection on financial inclusion, and to analyze the moderating effect of digital consumer protection on the adoption and use of mobile money and financial inclusion. This research is a quantitative study with the data used in this study using primary data collected from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study were the UMKM Surakarta City. The sample used in this study was 100 MSMEs with the category of fashion and batik businesses in the city of Surakarta. The samples in this study used purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis formulated in this study is the analysis technique with PLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the results of calculations using SmartPLS 3.0, the test results show that there is a significant influence between the adoption 2 and use of mobile money on financial inclusion, a significant effect of digital consumer protection on financial inclusion. The test results show that the moderating effect of digital consumer protection has no significant effect on the relationship between adoption and use of mobile money and financial inclusion. The moderating variable in this study is included in the predictor variable (variable moderation predictor), because the moderating variable, namely digital consumer protection, only acts as an independent variable in the relationship model that is formed.
