Abstract
The research conducted has the objective of analyzing the effect of transformational leadership and job training on employee performance with self-efficacy as a moderating variable in PT TELKOM Witel Solo. The approach used is a quantitative approach. Purposive Sampling method is a sampling method used. The population is all employees of PT TELKOM Witel Solo who have special criteria, namely permanent employees who have worked for a minimum of 3 years and receive job training according to their field of work. The number of employees who meet these criteria is 59 employees. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis through several tests such as: instrument test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version of the program. 20. The results after conducting the analysis can draw the conclusion that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job training has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Self Efficacy strengthens transformational leadership and has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Self Efficacy strengthens job training and has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
