Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of job involvement on job satisfaction, (2) analyze the effect of job involvement on employee performance, (3) analyze the effect of incentives on job satisfaction, (4) analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance, (5) Analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (6) analyzing the effect of job involvement on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, and (7) analyzing the effect of incentives on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents. The sample used in this study were 66 respondents using non probability sampling techniques. Respondents of this study were employees of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Semerbak Citra Solo. The data analysis technique used in this study was a SEM model with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The result of this research is that job involvement has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job involvement does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Incentives have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Incentives have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Job involvement does not have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Furthermore, incentives have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
