Abstract

Background: Business is a dynamic aspect of life, therefore companies that want to be successful and excel must be able to anticipate and adapt to any changes in the business environment by responding quickly and precisely or effectively and efficiently. In this effort, the management of a company can make improvements, one of which is through human resource development. Training and development is very important for employees and organizations to be more effective. Training is more likely to be short-term oriented, training has an effect on performance, and if the training carried out by the company is successful, the employee's performance will increase accordingly Research Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication training and motivation on employee performance. Methods: This research is a quantitative research, pre-posttest type pre-experimental research in one group (one group pretest post test design) without a control group. The data were analyzed using the t test correlation test. The number of samples in this study were 35 respondents with the sampling technique using purposive sampling Results: From the Paired Sample t-test, it was found that the t table was 1.697. Then Ho's reception area is between - 1,697 to 1,697. In this study, the t value is -27.086, then the value outside the receiving area of Ho means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of communication training and motivation on the performance of Pak Hadadno's karak factory employees.
